Physiotherapy in Vernon for Knee

Set up two lines, 20-30 m long, approximately 10 m apart.

Stagger 3-4 cones in each line.

While standing in the middle of the lines, sprint to the first cone in the left line, plant your foot and pivot toward the right hand line.

Sprint to the first cone in the right line, plant your foot and pivot toward the left line.

Sprint towards the second cone in the left line.  Repeat until you have contacted all the cones.

Start slowly and gradually increase your speed over time as your stopping and starting control improves.

Repeat as advised by your Vernon Physiotherapy & Rehab physiotherapist.
